    沈阳不仅是一个历史文化名城，而且也是多所高级学府的聚集地。比如：1923年张学良将军创建的东北大学，有始建于1951年的沈阳师范大学，有我们党创建的第一所医科院校——中国医科大学，还有1958年合并而成的辽宁大学。

    今天我要着重介绍的是教师优秀，校园优美的辽宁大学。

    辽宁大学分为崇山校区和蒲河校区两个校区。老校区位于沈阳市皇姑区，毗邻风景秀美的北陵公园。理科各院，研究生院及外国留学生院均分布于崇山校区内。

    辽宁大学研究生院规模日益壮大，截止2006年学校的在籍研究生规模已经达到4100多人。2007年，学校新建了设施齐全，环境幽雅的研究生教学楼。

    辽宁大学的留学生院是国家教育部首批确定接受外国留学生的院校之一。从1965年起，留学生院已经接收了30多个国家和地区的汉语本科生、硕士研究生等近4000人。

    辽宁大学外国留学生院是专门负责外国留学生教学、管理的教学机构。经几十年的发展和建设，在教学体系、内容、方法和管理上积累了丰富的经验，形成多层次、灵活的办学模式，教学设备、教学手段日益现代化。（蓝字部分完全来源于网络，括号内字未作翻译。）

    ——Liaoning University

    Not only a famous city of history and culture, Shenyang city is also a place where several institutions of higer learning are located. These include Northeastern University,China,established by General Zhang Xueliang in 1923, Shenyang Normal University, established in 1951, the fisrt medical university established by our Party--China Medical University and Liaoning Universtiy that was established through combining three colleges in 1958.

    Today, I’ll place particular emphasis on introducing (emphasize on the introductiong of beautiful)Liaoning University, its excellent teachers and its exquisite campus.

    Liaoning University comprises of two campuses,Puhe campus and Chongshan campus, which is located in Huanggu district, Shenyang city, next to the beautiful Beiling Park. And all the science colleges, Graduate School and College of International Students are located here.

    The Students of Liaoning University is getting better and better day by day, and as of 2006,the number of its postgraduate students who has the status as a student is over 4100. And with complete facilities,a new elegant and quiet school building for postgraduate students was built in 2007.

    The College of International Students of Liaoning University is one of the first branch of colleges, which were confirmed to accept foreign students. It has accepted nearly 4000 students from over 30 countries since 1965, including undergraduates and postgraduates who came here to learn Chinese.

    The College of International Students of Liaoning University is a teaching institution, which is specially responsible for teaching and managing the foreign students. After several decades of development and establishment,the college has accumulated a wealth of experience, which benefits its teaching system, content, ways and management, which makes our school management flexible and mul-layered. And our teaching facilities and means of insturction become increasingly modern.
